Managing
the teaching learning process is not easy because we know that sometimes the
students are difficult in their study (Jaworski, 1994:83). So that he say that
there is no easy way to teach. In the other hand, we found the fact that it is
not easy to change the teaching methods.
According
to the teaching style, there are two point of view in teaching learning process
: traditional-progressive; classical-individual; transfer of
knowledge-cognitive development; teacher centered-students centered. In every
graduate of education, it should give chance to the teacher to choose the
teaching methods according to the students capability looks like : expository
methods, discussion methods, problem solving and so on.
Every
teacher must give the best way to transfer the knowledge to their students,
they should give chance to the students to develop the students capability.
The paradigm of the changing
teaching learning process that is needed by the teacher so that the students
fell happy and have motivation in their study, the teacher must change the
paradigm :
MOVE, CHANGE, INOVATE,
REFORMATION, CONTEMPLATE, REFLECTION from the traditional method to progressive
teaching learning process.
