3.      Empiric : Social, economy, and culture, globalization, comparison international curriculum (UNESCO)

Curriculum Based on Competences :
Planning and the arrangement about the competences that must be reached by students, teaching learning process, assessment, and developing education power.
Competences : Knowledge, capability, attitude and the value that must be had by the students and be reflected in thinking and doing usual.
The method to develop Curriculum Based on Competences :
1.      Research
2.      Dissemination
3.      Development
This curriculum is different with the other curriculum because there is the new thing in this curriculum, they are :
1.      Press the balance between attitude development, academic competences, art, and physic
2.      Focus in communication fluently through oral language and write language and communication
3.      The clearly standard competences
4.      Contextual teaching learning process
5.      Challenging the function of the teacher or instructor as facilitator
Basic Competences : The measure of the minimal competences, consist of knowledge, capability, and attitude that must be reached by students in every graduate from the subject. Basic competences must be dominated by the students to reach the standard competences.
Main Topic : The main of the subject like teaching aid, media, content, process, capability.
Indicator : Specific basic competences that can be made as the measurement for give minimal point.
Basic Theory :
The truth of the student to study :
1.      Motivation
2.      Be autonomous
3.      Cooperation
4.      Context of study
The truth of object study :
1.      Ontology
2.      Epistemology
3.      Axiology
